Interested in orthodontic treatment? A virtual consultation allows the orthodontist to look at your teeth and determine whether you are a candidate for orthodontics before even walking through the door. When you complete the steps below, Dr. Samuelson will review your photos and let you know what he sees, what your treatment options are, and in some cases, give you an estimate of treatment time and cost.

*It is important to note that a virtual consultation is not a substitute for an in-office visit. Submission of the information requested below is required to schedule a virtual examination with Dr. Samuelson. This information, along with a video meeting, allows Dr. Samuelson to address any preliminary concerns you may have about your smile from the comfort of your home. Of course, clearance from your dentist, a thorough in-office examination of the teeth and mouth, and a study of dental records (x-rays, photos and models of the teeth) are necessary to initiate orthodontic treatment.
